Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label.

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all accompanying certifications, appraisals, and documentation inside a secure shipping carton.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for your tracking records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master goldsmiths verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or finalize your exchange within 5-7 business days.
