Yes, Trabert Goldsmiths specializes in bespoke creations. You can work directly with our master jewelers to design a unique piece, starting from initial sketches to 3D modeling and final stone setting.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund on unworn, stock items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-designed pieces and modified items are final sale.
Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We are committed to ethical sourcing and only work with suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process, ensuring all our diamonds and gemstones are conflict-free and responsibly mined.
Do you provide jewelry appraisals for insurance?
Yes, every purchase over $1,000 includes a complimentary retail replacement appraisal conducted by our GIA-certified specialists for your insurance records.
Can I have my jewelry resized or repaired?
We offer professional resizing and repair services for all jewelry purchased at Trabert Goldsmiths. Many rings include one complimentary resizing within the first year of purchase.
